Mycotic vaginitis: Dacrynic acid pessary or clotrimazole

Mycosis fungoides can be treated with dacrynic acid suppositories and clotrimazole, both of which are commonly used in clinical practice for the treatment of mycosis fungoides. We generally use imported clotrimazole, which is relatively simple to use, one capsule is a course of treatment. The domestic clotrimazole usually takes 2-3 capsules, so for mycosis fungoides, it is generally recommended to use imported clotrimazole, which is more effective. Of course if you are recurrent, the so-called recurrence can only be mycotic vaginitis that has occurred three or more times within a year, and this clinical diagnosis is called recurrent mycotic vaginitis. If you belong to this type, in addition to vaginal clotrimazole, it is best to add oral antifungal drugs and lactobacillus vaginalis, because mycosis vaginalis is often caused by the dysbiosis of the vaginal flora and the large consumption of lactobacillus, which makes the normal vaginal mycobacteria breed and multiply, so after using vaginal plugs and oral drugs to get rid of the recurrent lesions, add lactobacillus. This will help to prevent the recurrence of mycosis.
