Prednisone Tablets

Prednisone Tablet efficacy is anti-inflammatory effect, immunosuppressive effect, antitoxic, antishock effect. It is mainly used for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. For connective tissue disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, severe polymyositis, severe bronchial asthma, dermatomyositis, vasculitis and other allergic diseases, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma. 1. Anti-inflammatory effect: glucocorticoids can reduce the production of cytokines and other inflammatory mediators; they can inhibit the chemotaxis of macrophages and polymorphonuclear leukocytes, thus inhibiting the inflammatory response. 2. Immunosuppressive effect: preventing or inhibiting cell-mediated immune response, delaying allergic reaction, reducing the number of T cells and monocytes, decreasing the binding of immunoglobulin to cell surface receptors and inhibiting the synthesis and release of intracellular leukocytes, so as to shift T cells to lymphocytes and slow down primary immune response. 3. Anti-toxicity and anti-shock effect: it can inhibit the stimulation reaction caused by bacterial endotoxin, reduce the damage of cells and play a protective role. This product and other steroids allergy, fungal and viral infections are prohibited. Common adverse reactions include infections, diabetes mellitus, peptic ulcers, and Cushing-like syndrome. Note that when applied to patients with tuberculosis, acute bacterial or viral infections, appropriate anti-infective treatment must be given; after prolonged use of the drug, the dosage should be gradually reduced when the drug is discontinued. It is recommended that patients use prednisone tablets as prescribed by the doctor, do not use without authorization, in order to avoid serious adverse reactions.
