Clinical manifestations are pain, constipation and bleeding. Bleeding is mostly fresh bleeding on toilet paper.
3. Rectal polyps: are all elevated lesions on the rectal mucosa. Dry and hard feces scratches the mucosa on the surface of the polyp during defecation, which can lead to blood in the stool. Clinical manifestations include intestinal irritation, blood in the stool, intestinal obstruction, intussusception and so on.
In addition, rectal polyps, rectal mucosal prolapse, anal fistula, anal trauma, coagulation dysfunction disease, etc. may cause bright red blood in the stool.
And the rest of the digestive tract lesions, such as upper gastrointestinal ulcers, esophagogastric fundus varices bleeding, chronic colitis, intestinal necrosis, intestinal parasitic diseases, digestive tract tumors, etc., may also appear in the blood stool, but the blood color is stale blood color, such as black, brown or dark red.
