Hepatitis B items 2 and 5 are positive for a healthy person. As long as item 2, the hepatitis B surface antibody, is positive, it means that there is no hepatitis B; not only is there no hepatitis B, but the antibody can protect against re-infection. Positive item 2 and 5 are seen in two cases: one is positive item 2 and 5 after hepatitis B is cured, in which item 2 will exist for a long time, and item 5, which is the core antibody of hepatitis B, will disappear on its own in about half a year, and a few of them will exist for a long time and will not disappear. The second situation is that the old type of Hepatitis B vaccine is injected, which normally should only produce a positive item 2, and occasionally a positive item 5 is also produced. This old type of vaccine was phased out more than 10 years ago, and all the hepatitis B vaccines currently in use are genetically engineered vaccines, which do not produce a 5th positive, but only a 2nd positive.
