What tests need to be done during pregnancy

The following tests need to be done during pregnancy: 1. urine pregnancy test: urine pregnancy test is required in early pregnancy to detect pregnancy; 2. ultrasound: to confirm intrauterine pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy after pregnancy, whether the fetus is developing normally and the usual development; 3. early Down’s screening: early Down’s screening is required after 11 weeks of pregnancy, i.e. near the third trimester, including NT detection of the fetus in ultrasound; 4. mid-term Down’s Screening: Mid-term Down’s screening will be performed after fifteen weeks. Around 24 weeks of pregnancy, fetal tertiary screening, i.e. ultrasound for major teratology, and diabetes screening is still needed during this period; 5. fetal heart monitoring: fetal heart monitoring is performed after 32 weeks of pregnancy, together with ultrasound to understand the fetal growth and development.
