What’s wrong with your left arm?

Left arm pain may be caused by strain, trauma, frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis and other factors.
1. Strain: mostly seen in manual laborers, long-term overload of work caused by local soft tissue edema, resulting in localized pain in the left arm, generally can be relieved after rest.
2. Trauma: Trauma causes soft tissue injury of the left arm, or fractures or dislocations of the upper limb, resulting in localized pressure and swelling of the left arm.
3. Frozen shoulder: it is mostly seen in the left arm after getting cold, and the pain in the shoulder joint is limited and aggravated after activities.
4. Cervical spondylosis: when the cervical spine compresses the nerves, pain in the left arm may occur, usually accompanied by numbness of the hands, upper limb muscle weakness.
