Hands scratched by iron need to be scratched localization of trauma, disinfection, compression bleeding and suture treatment, but also need to prevent tetanus as soon as possible. Hands scratched by iron, need to be scratched parts of a thorough debridement, the wound within the rust and other foreign matter cleaning out; bleeding wound compression hemostasis; with 3% hydrogen peroxide, saline cleaning wound with iodine volts after disinfection of the wound again, bandage, regular dressing change. If the wound is deep and large, it can be thoroughly cleaned and then cleaned and sutured. Tetanus antitoxin should be injected as soon as possible to prevent tetanus within 24 hours after the hand is scratched by iron. Antibiotics such as amoxicillin and cefaclor are needed to prevent infection. If your hand is cut by an iron, seek medical attention and follow your doctor’s instructions.
