Do short-term birth control pills work?

The short-term contraceptive pill mentioned here should refer to the combination short-acting contraceptive pill. The combination short-acting pill is now a regular contraceptive. It is a compounded formula of estrogen and progestin, which has good menstrual regulation and highly effective contraceptive effects when taken regularly. The pill is taken for 21 days a month, one tablet a day, continuously, to provide effective contraception. It does not mean that taking it after intercourse or taking a few pills before intercourse will provide contraception. It is not a remedy for emergency contraception, but a regular contraceptive measure that must be taken regularly and continuously, without missing a dose, in order to have an effective contraceptive effect. Most of the compounded short-acting contraceptive pills are taken on the 5th day of menstruation, 1 tablet per day for 21 days, and cannot be missed in between. If taken regularly, the compounded short-acting contraceptive pill has a highly effective contraceptive effect and also has the therapeutic effect of regulating menstruation.
