Frozen shoulder, also known as 50 shoulders and leaking shoulder wind, mostly develops or worsens due to wind and cold, strain or trauma, and if it is not effectively treated for a long time, it can lead to loss of functional activities of the shoulder joint and seriously affect the quality of life of patients. The author studied under the tutelage of Ms. Ran Shufang, who was engaged in the treatment of 127 cases of frozen shoulder by the pointer method and achieved good results. Treatment: 1. The practitioner stands on the patient’s affected side, flexes both fingers and puts them on the points around the shoulder joint, such as shoulder well, shoulder k, and shoulder external transfusion, pointing and rubbing for 2 minutes, extending for 1 minute if the pain is severe, and then pointing and rubbing with the thumb for 2 minutes; 2.
