Recurrent attacks of mesenteric lymph nodes with fever are mainly due to mesenteric lymphadenitis secondary to upper respiratory tract infections, and are often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, etc. The abdominal pressure will be painful, and the location of the pressure will change with the change of body position. Antibiotics should be given actively and combined with physical therapy and heat compresses on the abdomen, and the body’s immunity should be strengthened through a reasonable diet. When fever is high, physical or medication should be used to lower the temperature. If the fever persists, blood tests should be done for drug sensitivity, and the most sensitive antibiotics should be selected according to the results. Generally the prognosis is good, if there is no improvement for a long time, surgery is needed.
