Tirilizumab Injection is commonly used in the clinical treatment of relapsed or multiple metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy with cisplatin and other drugs, relapsed or refractory Hodgkin’s lymphoma after at least second-line systemic chemotherapy, hepatocellular carcinoma after at least one kind of systemic therapy, uroepithelial carcinoma that has progressed after chemotherapy with high expression of PD-L1, and so on.
The method of administration is for intravenous infusion use only and the first infusion should not take less than 60 minutes.
Adverse reactions to tirilizumab often include hepatic impairment (elevated transaminases), leukopenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, fever, rash, and malaise.
