Absolute value of eosinophils

Eosinophils are eosinophilic granulocytes with an absolute reference range of (0.05~0.5)x10^9/L, and both increase and decrease in their values have certain clinical significance.
Eosinophils are a kind of white blood cells, which are round in shape and filled with coarse, neat and uniform orange or orange-red eosinophilic granules in the cytoplasm. The absolute reference range for eosinophils is (0.05~0.5)x10^9/L.
Eosinophilia is commonly seen in allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma; parasitic diseases such as schistosomiasis; skin diseases such as eczema, and so on. Eosinophilia is often seen in the early stages of typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever; major surgery, burns and other stressful conditions.
Eosinophilia can also be seen in certain hematologic malignant clonal diseases, such as: myeloid neoplasms accompanied by PDGFα or accompanied by PDGFβ gene rearrangement, chronic eosinophilic leukemia and so on. It can also be seen in eosinophilia, eosinophilia syndrome and other diseases.
If there is any discomfort or abnormal indicator, it is recommended to seek medical treatment in time for diagnosis and treatment.
