Fruit dietary therapy for patients with heavy dampness is generally not obvious, it is recommended that the use of medication, commonly used drugs are ginseng and lingbaijusan, clearing heat and dampness particles, cold and dampness paralysis particles and so on.
1. Ginseng and Atractylodes Macrocephalae: Ginseng, Poria, Atractylodes Macrocephalae (fried), Chinese yam, white lentil (fried), lotus seed, Semen Coix Seed (fried) and other components. It has the effect of tonifying the spleen and stomach and benefiting the lung qi. It is used in treating loose stools caused by weakness of the spleen and stomach, shortness of breath and cough, tiredness and fatigue. It is not suitable for patients with cold and fever.
2. Granules for Clearing Heat and Dispelling Dampness: It is composed of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix Platycodonis, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Chrysanthemum, and Pericarpium Citriodora. It has the effect of clearing away heat and dampness, benefiting qi and generating fluids (promoting the production of fluids by replenishing qi). It is used for treating fatigue of limbs, loss of appetite, body heat and dry mouth caused by summer dampness. Diabetic patients are not allowed to take.
3. Cold and Dampness Paralysis Granules: It is composed of Radix Polygoni Multiflori (Prepared), Prepared Chuanwu, Radix Astragali, Cinnamon Branches, Ephedra, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Stir-Fried). It has the effect of removing cold and dampness, warming the meridians and collaterals. It is used for limb joint pain, fatigue or swelling, localized cold fear, rheumatic arthritis. It is not recommended for pregnant women, and is contraindicated for those with body heat and high fever.
