What does a woman’s right hydronephrosis indicate

Women’s right hydronephrosis is mostly seen in the population of urinary tract obstruction, whose condition is more complicated, and is mostly considered to be related to urinary tract stones, congenital developmental abnormalities, and tumors of the genitourinary system. 1. Urinary stones: Usually, stones can occur in the urethra, bladder, the divine domain, renal calyx and ureter, which can form urinary tract obstruction. 2. Congenital developmental anomalies: if the patient has congenital developmental anomalies such as ureteral orifice cysts, post-inferior vena cava ureter, and stenosis of renal pelvic ureteral junction, it may cause urine reflux and ultimately hydrocele is formed. 3. Genitourinary tumors: If patients have genitourinary tumors such as renal pelvis cancer, ureter cancer, urethral cancer, bladder cancer, penile cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, etc., hydronephrosis may also occur. In addition to the above, hydronephrosis is also considered to be related to prostatic hyperplasia, compression or invasion of neighboring organ lesions, tuberculosis and other factors. It is recommended that female patients with right hydronephrosis should go to regular hospitals for timely consultation and treatment.
