Myeloid necrosis is a serious complication caused by a variety of diseases, and the treatment as well as the prognosis are closely related to the condition of the primary disease. Myelonecrosis caused by non-malignant diseases can have a better outcome if detected and treated early. Therefore, the disease should be treated with basic treatment of the primary disease, and those with immune factors can be treated by applying glucocorticoid methods, while the traditional methods of radiotherapy and chemotherapy are commonly used in patients with malignant tumors and other diseases, which can play a role in prolonging the survival period. In addition to the active treatment of the primary disease, the clinic also requires supportive treatment of the patient’s symptoms, such as analgesia, anti-infection, improvement of circulation, inhibition of myelofibrosis, blood transfusion, nutritional support and other measures, which can reduce the degree of suffering of the patient. Finally, there is mesenchymal stem cell therapy, which is an emerging treatment method to repair damaged tissues and treat bone marrow defects and necrosis, but it is not yet widely available.
