How much fever do you need to treat?

Except for physiological low fever which can have a clear cause, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time regardless of the temperature so as to avoid delaying the condition.
A normal person’s axillary body temperature is 36-37 degrees Celsius. Fever is considered to be present when the body temperature is at or above 37.3 degrees Celsius. Fever has many causes. Physiological factors such as high mental tension, strenuous exercise, premenstrual period, etc., can cause not higher than 38 degrees Celsius low fever, if it can be clear that the low fever is caused by physiological factors, can be temporarily observed, long-term non-relief or discomfort needs to be timely consultation.
In addition to physiological factors, all pathologic factors caused by fever, regardless of the temperature, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner. Common pathological factors include infectious fever caused by viral and bacterial infections, and non-infectious fever caused by systemic lupus erythematosus, hyperthyroidism and leukemia.
