What to use for a running wound

Anti-inflammatory medications, such as erythromycin ointment, are usually used for running wounds, and the medications should be applied under a doctor’s supervision. Watering wounds may be caused by fat liquefaction, fluid accumulation under the skin, or infection. To prevent infection, disinfect the wound with iodophor, alcohol or saline every day or every other day. If the wound becomes infected, you can apply erythromycin ointment after careful disinfection for local anti-inflammatory treatment to promote the recovery of the wound. During this period, do not always touch the wound to avoid local infection. If the wound is shallow, it does not need to be bandaged, so that the scab is faster, which is conducive to the recovery of the condition.
