The prominent symptoms of jaundice hepatitis B are general fatigue and weakness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, especially aversion to greasy food, upper abdominal congestion and fullness, and yellow urine resembling strong tea water. It may be caused by excessive bilirubin in the blood due to liver disease or hemoglobinuria due to intravascular hemolysis (e.g., paroxysmal sleep hemoglobinuria). The former diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of liver function, while the latter can be confirmed by laboratory tests, acidified serum hemolysis test (Ham test), sugar water test, snake venom factor hemolysis test, urine occult blood or urine iron-containing hemoglobin. Jaundiced hepatitis B leads to yellow urine like strong tea symptoms: 1, jaundice pre: for a few days to half a month, first general malaise, (children with low-grade fever), about 1/3 of the onset of acute, mild, moderate fever, but also high fever with chills. About 1/3 of the patients have a rapid onset with mild to moderate fever, or high fever with chills. According to the characteristics of the prominent symptoms at the onset of the disease, the influenza type with upper respiratory tract symptoms, the dyspepsia type with gastrointestinal tract symptoms, the biliary tract disease type with severe pain in the upper abdomen, chills and jaundice, the septicemia type with malignant chills, tachypnea and jaundice, and the rheumatic type with joint and muscle pain and fever. These are extremely useful for making early diagnosis. 2, jaundice period: about 2-6 weeks. During this period, jaundice deepens, urine is dark yellow, sclera (white of the eyes) skin is yellowish, reaching a peak in one to two weeks, most no longer have fever, stool color becomes lighter, gastrointestinal symptoms weakness is significantly increased, skin itching, hepatomegaly, knocking pain, some patients have clay-colored stool, liver function is significantly impaired. 3, recovery period: two weeks to four months, the above symptoms began to gradually disappear in about two weeks (children with a short course of disease) recovery is fast. About 5% of adults have long-term hepatic pain, discomfort, loss of appetite, weakness after the emergence of hepatitis syndrome. Some patients with hepatitis B may develop chronic hepatitis for immune reasons. The duration of the disease is more than six months.
