(Note: The cost of this test is higher, and will be carried out only after the donor has passed the verification) Second, the preoperative examination of the donor The preoperative examination of the donor is carried out in steps, following the principle of first easy and then difficult, and the cost from bottom to high, the routine examination is carried out first, and if a certain index is not suitable for kidney donation, further examination is terminated to avoid unnecessary costs. Routine examination: routine blood, urine routine, liver and kidney function, hepatitis B, hepatitis C complete set, HIV, syphilis, CMV. ultrasound examination of liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas/bid kidney ureter, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, abdominal KUB. Donor kidney status examination: secretory imaging of both kidneys, renogram (to understand the glomerular filtration rate GFR of both kidneys), CT scan of both kidneys and angiography of both kidneys (to understand whether there is any variation in the kidney vessels) III. preparation of donor 1. Household registration certificate of the donor and the recipient and their relatives: Household registration certificate of the donor, the donor’s father, mother, spouse and adult children and the recipient, issued by the police station of the local public security authorities. Also need to submit a copy of the second generation ID card (front and back) and a copy of the household register of the donor and the related person. 2.Voluntary letter of voluntary, gratuitous organ donation from the donor signed by the donor and his relatives. 3.Application materials are submitted to the department for discussion and review. 4.Application materials are submitted to the hospital ethics committee for review. 5.Submitted to Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission for review The above review cycle takes about 1~2 months.
