Surgical treatment of cryptorchidism in babies can be divided into the following ways: 1.Traditional open surgery: It is an early surgical method and is less used at present, with oblique incision or transverse incision in the lower abdomen during surgery, which results in larger wounds, heavier scarring and heavy damage to the organism; 2.Laparoscopic surgery: It is the main surgical method at present, including three-hole laparoscopy, two-hole laparoscopy and single-hole laparoscopy, and single-hole laparoscopy is mainly used at present, which results in smaller scarring and trauma compared with traditional open surgery, longer free segment during surgery, complete loosening and higher surgical success rate.
