What should I do if I have just gotten pregnant and bleeding down there?

Bleeding underneath a new pregnancy is a sign of preterm miscarriage and requires oral medication for fetal preservation. Take progesterone capsules 100mg orally twice a day, or 20mg of dydrogesterone tablets twice a day, plus 5 capsules of fetus protection 3 times a day and 1 softgel of vitamin E daily. During the period of fetus preservation, you need to rest in bed, do not do strenuous activities, avoid straining, and do not have sexual intercourse. Eat more green leafy vegetables and fruits, keep bowel movements smooth, and do not eat spicy, stimulating and cold food. If the bleeding decreases after taking oral medication to preserve the pregnancy, the pregnancy can be continued and the ultrasound will be reviewed regularly at a later stage. If the bleeding increases and exceeds the amount of menstruation during the period of birth control, you need to seek medical attention.
