Obtinib belongs to class 1 innovative drugs. Obtinib is structurally optimized from the first-generation Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor and possesses improved efficacy and safety. Obtinib is indicated for adult patients with sleeve cell lymphoma who have received at least one prior therapy and adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma who have received at least one prior therapy. Patients should take the medication at as regular a time each day as possible, and take the tablets with water, without breaking, crushing, or chewing the tablets. Taking Obtinib can cause complications such as infection, high blood pressure, and decreased blood counts. It is contraindicated in people who are allergic to the product and the ingredients contained in it, and in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency. It is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women. Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency. Contraindications are unclear.
