Talking about ultrasound monitoring of follicle development

I usually don’t prescribe medication for first-time patients, but I first do ultrasound to monitor the follicle development in the first cycle. The ultrasound sheets in general hospitals only describe the size of the follicles and the endometrial condition in words, but in our hospital, we not only describe the size of the follicles and the endometrial condition, but also have a photo, which is the main thing I need to see. In many patients, the size of the follicles is up to standard, but when I look at the photos, I see that the quality of the follicles is not good, and it is often very difficult to conceive in this case. Some patients often have the misconception that it is easy to see the ultrasound monitoring report, just post a question on the internet to find out if the follicles are developing well, and there is no need to register to see a doctor. After the ultrasound, the importance of going to the doctor to analyze 1, the doctor will adjust the medication according to the development of the follicle; 2, guidance on the timing of sex; 3, if the need for injection to promote ovulation, I am sure to look at the patient’s cervical mucus (is what we usually call “pulling”); 4, during the gynecological examination I tend to do one more thing, is to give the patient the vaginal white matter. I often do one more thing when doing gynecological examination, is to give the patient the vaginal leucorrhea clean, so as to facilitate the penetration of sperm; 5, some patients have a bad position of the uterus, I will incidentally give her a correction, and tell her how to make the sperm penetrate after sex (definitely not what we call upside down).
