Low-grade papillary uroepithelial carcinoma tends to occur in the renal pelvis, ureter and bladder, which are metastatic epithelium and are more prone to uroepithelial carcinoma, and the malignancy of low-grade papillary uroepithelial carcinoma is lower, while the malignancy of high-grade is higher. Uroepithelial carcinoma itself is a disease that is prone to recurrence and needs to be treated with regular intravesical infusion of chemotherapy drugs after surgery. Regular cystoscopy should also be performed, because uroepithelial carcinoma is prone to recurrence in the bladder. Early detection of recurrence and early reoperation can achieve better results.
