Medicated baths are not exactly effective in the treatment of vitiligo and are generally not used. Internal drug therapy (1) Glucocorticoid: systematic application is only applicable to patients in the progressive stage, so that the condition can be controlled as soon as possible. (2) Chinese medicine: such as vitiligo pills, white spirit tablets. 4. transplantation therapy: autologous epidermis or melanocytes can be transplanted into the depigmented area to achieve the purpose of repigmentation. The combination with phototherapy can improve the efficacy. 5. decolorization treatment: white spot area greater than 95% of the body surface area of the patient, on a variety of repigmentation treatment resistance, feasible decolorization treatment.
