If it is clear that it is “eczema”, it is recommended that you use topical zinc oxide to reduce exudation and avoid infection, while topical medications need to be used only after the exudation has dried and crusted, and corticosteroid medications need to be used with caution on the face. The treatment can be cured if handled properly, but attention should be paid to avoid hyperpigmentation on the face. It must not be scratched. If it is convenient, you can go to our outpatient clinic for further treatment, my clinic hours are every Wednesday morning. I wish you a speedy recovery!
