Endometrial lesions include endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, simple endometrial hyperplasia, endocrine changes in the endometrium, or proliferative changes, as well as atypical hyperplasia or malignant hyperplasia of the endometrium. All these cases are subject to specific analysis of the pathological findings according to endometrial scraping, which should preferably be performed under hysteroscopy, and follow-up treatment should be given according to the corresponding pathological findings. If the disease is purely benign, in most cases progesterone and other medications should be given, while if the disease is malignant, such as malignant hyperplasia of the endometrium, subsequent surgery is required.
