The survival time of endometrial cancer patients after surgery depends on the severity of the disease and individual conditions, and cannot be generalized. In case of stage I endometrial cancer, the 5-year survival rate can reach 80%-90% through surgery; in case of stage II endometrial cancer, the 5-year survival rate is about 70%; in case of stage III endometrial cancer, the 5-year survival rate is about 50%; in case of stage IV endometrial cancer, the 5-year survival rate is only 15%. Therefore, the earlier endometrial cancer is treated, the better the result. In addition, patients with endometrial cancer need regular review after surgery, together with radiation therapy and chemotherapy when necessary. If patients have low body resistance, they also need to take traditional Chinese medicine to regulate, while it is recommended to strengthen diet and nutrition to enhance body resistance, which can prolong life.
