What does punctate blood flow signal in lymph nodes on b-ultrasound mean?

This condition is a morphological representation of ultrasound and does not in itself characterize a particular disease. It reflects a relative abundance of blood flow in the lymph nodes, and there are two general possibilities for this condition. The first is that it is currently in an occult state, with abnormal proliferation of lymph nodes and inflammatory cell accumulation induced by the manifestation. The other possibility is that there is abnormal proliferation of vascular tissues in the lymph nodes, and it is necessary to be alert to the metastasis of malignant tumors in the lymph nodes. If the patient is also combined with symptoms such as wasting, lymph node biopsy is generally recommended.
