Patients with sore hips on both sides may be related to the following conditions: first, synovitis of the hip joint: frequent sports, weight-bearing walking, such as walking up and down stairs, hiking, hiking, or walking with heavy school bags, walking with a burden, or doing farm work, are likely to cause increased weight and load on the bilateral hip joints, easily causing synovial irritation, aseptic inflammation and synovitis, manifesting as pain in both hip joints, discomfort. Second, femoral head necrosis: mostly due to prolonged loading, heavy drinking and smoking, as well as prolonged use of hormones, easily causing the destruction of the blood supply of the femoral head, which can lead to chronic pain in the deep part of both hip joints. This pain will be very obvious during weight-bearing activities, and gradually the joint function will be limited.
