Ultrasound of the heart can check whether there is enlargement of the ventricles and whether there is incomplete closure of the mitral and tricuspid valves; ultrasound of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidney can check for liver cysts, cirrhosis, gallbladder polyps, gallbladder stones, kidney cysts and kidney stones; ultrasound of the bladder and prostate can check for prostate enlargement and prostate stones.
