What does endometrial bleeding mean?

There is a persistent small amount of vaginal bleeding with a profuse, purulent or pale bloody discharge, which is foul smelling if it is a mixed infection with anaerobic bacteria. Symptoms of abdominal pain manifested by endometrial hemorrhage are mostly unremarkable. When the inflammation involves the myometrium, various symptoms are aggravated, with fever when there is a body temperature of more than 38 ℃, obvious persistent lower abdominal pain, which can radiate to the bilateral thighs, vaginal bleeding drenching, such as occurring in the postpartum period, after cesarean section, or after miscarriage, there is a prolonged period of malodor, the treatment of untimely inflammation, which can be developed into adnexitis, connective tissue inflammation, and even sepsis. The milder patients with chronic endometritis often have no symptoms, while the heavier ones may have irregular vaginal bleeding, or irregular menstruation, sometimes with increased leukorrhea, and in the case of uterine myometritis, lower abdominal pain and a feeling of falling, and varying degrees of fever.
