What’s going on in the lower abdomen that’s so big?

Abdominal distension may be large intestinal obstruction, mostly seen in low intestinal obstruction, such as colon, rectal obstruction, manifested as abdominal distension and discomfort, accompanied by abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, anus to stop defecation, mostly due to abdominal adhesions caused by adhesive intestinal obstruction. It is also seen in malignant tumor compression of intestinal tube, intestinal contents through the obstacle, intestinal obstruction performance. Ascites caused by liver cirrhosis and malignant tumor of liver can also be manifested by obvious bulging of abdomen, thinning of abdominal wall, sea serpent head change seen around umbilicus of abdomen, mobile turbidity sound (+) on percussion, with obvious decrease of liver function, as well as manifestation of hemochromatic jaundice, nausea and vomiting, liver palms, spider nevus.
