If you still have the urge to urinate after urination, urinary tract infections are suspected. A routine urine examination will reveal elevated white blood cells, which can be relieved by taking oral anti-inflammatory drugs. Women also have to exclude gynecological inflammation, such as having vaginitis, pelvic fluid, after women finish urinating, the fluid will stimulate the nerve tissue around the bladder and produce the urge to urinate, in men it is mostly seen in chronic prostatitis, glansitis of the foreskin. In older men, the condition caused by prostatic hyperplasia is more common. The urge to urinate is mainly caused by the obstruction of urine discharge due to prostatic hyperplasia and the small amount of residual urine after urination, which repeatedly stimulates the inner orifice of the urethra and the bladder triangle. Repeated dysuria can also occur due to altered coordination of the bladder forcing muscles and the internal urethral sphincter, such as overactive bladder syndrome, which can be diagnosed by examining the urodynamics. It is also seen in adenoidal cystitis, follicular cystitis, and end ureteral stones, all of which can stimulate the bladder triangle and produce excitatory impulses to urinate. Clinical examination reveals that there is no obvious specific disease, but there may be symptoms caused by recent stress, sedentary, cold, excessive consumption of coffee and beverages with high alcohol content, causing a transient increase in neuroexcitability.
