What’s wrong with stomach pain and back pain in early pregnancy?

The symptoms of stomach and back pain in early pregnancy are mostly caused by increased hormone levels in the body, resulting in increased secretions from the ovaries, fallopian tubes, endometrium, cervix, and vagina, which cause edema of the mucous membranes of the tissues, as well as an enlarged uterus, and tugging abdominal pain, while back pain is caused by radiating pain from the nerves. In the early stages of pregnancy, when the fertilized egg is deposited in the uterine lining, it may also cause a small amount of vaginal bleeding, as well as mild abdominal pain and low back pain. These symptoms are transient and do not recur. If symptoms persist, other causes should be considered, such as urinary tract infections, or inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, intestinal cramping, and other causes. Consider also whether there is embryonic dysplasia, as well as preeclampsia, which, in the case of other manifestations, is accompanied by other symptoms, such as vaginal bleeding, frequent urination, and urinary urgency.
