Symptoms of hand tremors are mostly associated with neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, idiopathic tremor and cerebellar lesions, which are all caused by brain abnormalities. As MRI is the most effective means of diagnosing brain disorders, it is important to have an MRI to rule out hand tremor symptoms secondary to brain disorders.
