Heartburn and hand tremors

Heart panic and hand tremors can be seen in hypoglycemia, hypocalcemia, severe hypertension and vegetative nerve dysfunction. If panic attacks and hand tremors are accompanied by sweating and hunger, hypoglycemia should be considered. A blood glucose check can reveal blood glucose lower than 3.9 mmol/L, which can clarify the diagnosis. If it is accompanied by twitching of limbs, consider having low blood calcium. Checking electrolytes can find that blood calcium is reduced, and elderly people with severe high blood pressure, especially women, can show panic and hand trembling, and blood pressure measurement can tell the patient that blood pressure has dropped, or hand trembling after taking antihypertensive drugs, and panic symptoms will disappear immediately. The patients with neurosis and hysteria can also have symptoms of panic attacks and hand tremors, and there is no organic lesion when blood glucose and calcium are checked and blood pressure is measured.
