What happened when I took mifepristone without any reaction?

Mifepristone is a drug used to terminate early pregnancy. Most women do not have any reaction after taking mifepristone, which is a normal phenomenon. Some women may experience nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, etc. Very few may experience lower abdominal cramps and irregular uterine bleeding, and very few allergic people may experience rash and fever. The main effect of mifepristone is anti-progestational, which combines with progesterone receptors to block the activity of progesterone and cause necrosis of the meconium to terminate the pregnancy. Oral mifepristone has no effect and needs to be used in combination with misoprostol in a sequential manner. Misoprostol is what causes the sac to expel and causes uterine contractions with corresponding lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding.
