NT is often clinically expressed as NT, which is an early screening method to assess Down’s syndrome through ultrasound examination of fetal nuchal translucency thickness. There are many tests that need to be done after NT, such as systematic examination, Down’s syndrome screening, 4D ultrasound, glucose tolerance screening, and fetal heart rate monitoring. 1. Systematic examination: NT is usually examined at 11~13+6 weeks of pregnancy. After NT examination, systematic examination can be done, such as blood pressure, height, weight, blood type, blood routine, Hepatitis B V, trace elements, eugenics, and so on, to understand the physical condition of pregnant women. 2. Down’s syndrome screening: 15-20 weeks pregnant can do mid-term Down’s syndrome screening, Down’s syndrome screening results for low-risk normal, critical risk or high-risk to further do non-invasive DNA or amniocentesis to determine whether to continue the pregnancy. 3. Four-dimensional ultrasound: 22 to 28 weeks of pregnancy can be four-dimensional ultrasound examination, to understand the fetal face, limbs, internal organs whether there are developmental malformations and other issues. 4. Glucose tolerance screening: 24~28 weeks of pregnancy can do glucose tolerance screening to know whether there is gestational diabetes during pregnancy. Gestational diabetes can be controlled by dietary regulation, exercise and insulin to reduce the harm to the fetus. 5. Fetal Heart Monitoring: Fetal heart monitoring test can be done after 32~34 weeks of pregnancy to know whether the fetus is developing in the uterus and whether there is any problem such as lack of oxygen. There will be different maternity checkups at different times after pregnancy, so it is recommended to do a good job of checking to detect and deal with any abnormality in time.
