Airborne transmission of neocoronaviruses is real, but sources of infection and susceptible people are also needed to form a complete chain of transmission. Air can transmit neo-coronaviruses, especially when in a confined space with an already infected person, and neo-coronaviruses can pass through the infected person’s body fluids, such as saliva, to form an aerosol. It then enters the respiratory tract through the air, causing transmission. However, not all air contains NeoCoronavirus, and there needs to be a source of infection that spreads the virus into the air and then into the respiratory tract of susceptible people, such as the elderly and children, and into the lungs, in order to cause transmission. Therefore, there is generally no need for special concern. In most cases, the air does not contain NeoCornea virus, so it is important to protect yourself against it.
