Pomalidomide is recommended to be taken two hours before or two hours after a meal. Pomalidomide may be used in combination with dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior therapies and who have experienced disease progression during or within 60 days of the end of their last therapy.
