How to do an unassisted plyometric evaluation

There are five levels of muscle strength ratings for the extremities, and the specific unarmed assessment is as follows: Grade 0 muscle strength: when the subject is asked to move the limb, the tester cannot see the muscle contraction. Grade 1 muscle strength: When the person is asked to move the limb, there is muscle contraction, but there is no movement of the joints. Grade 2: When the subject moves the limb, there is not only muscle contraction but also joint movement, but the limb can only be moved but not lifted. Grade 3 muscle strength: When the participant moves the limb, the limb can be lifted, but when the participant presses down on the limb, the limb is not able to fight against the resistance. Grade 4 muscle strength: when the test subject moves the limb, the limb is not only able to lift, but also able to fight against resistance, but the strength is weak, and when the test subject presses down on the limb, the limb slips off. Grade 5 muscle strength: Normal muscle strength, when the test subject moves the limb, he/she can do anti-resistance movements, and the strength is strong. Unarmed muscle strength assessment should be completed by a professional doctor, patients should not assess their own, so as to avoid errors in the assessment due to substandard movements or improper operation, delaying treatment.
