How to recover from a mild varicocele on your own

Mild varicocele can be controlled by general therapy and followed up for observation, for self-recovery is more difficult.
Varicocele refers to the abnormal elongation, expansion, and tortuosity of the trailing vein plexus in the veins of the spermatic cord. It is often believed that varicocele can affect fertility, and it is easy to ignore the asymptomatic ones or those with mild symptoms, which can be found only during physical examination, and can be controlled only by using scrotal braces or wearing tight pants.
For mild patients should be followed up regularly after normal semen analysis, and routine semen analysis as well as testicular ultrasonography should be performed every 1 to 2 years.
When the symptoms of varicocele are severe, with manifestations such as swelling and pressure sensation in the affected testicle or scrotum, the patient should seek medical attention and be treated with surgical methods.
