Subdural hematoma is treated differently depending on the amount of bleeding: 1) acute subdural hematoma: apply hemostatic drugs and nerve-nourishing drugs to promote absorption of the hematoma; 2) chronic subdural hematoma: apply atorvastatin and other drugs to promote absorption of the subdural hematoma; 3) massive subdural hematoma: emergency surgical treatment to remove the subdural hematoma, relieve intracranial pressure, reduce brain damage, and promote brain function recovery. If hemiplegia and speech disorders occur, timely rehabilitation should be provided.
