Did the root canal kill the nerve the first time?

Doing root canal treatment kills the nerve for the first time. After opening the pulp for decompression under local anesthesia, you can choose pulp inactivation or direct extraction, both of which can kill the nerve, as follows.
1. Pulp Inactivation: It is to seal the drug into the root canal, under the action of the drug, the pulp will gradually lose its activity.
2. Pulp extraction: also known as pulpotomy, is the operation of removing the pulp directly with a pulp extraction needle. Pulpotomy saves the patient’s visits to the clinic, but it has certain disadvantages, as the needle is not easy to reach the curved, small and narrow places of the root canal, which will lead to the pulp remaining, and it will cause pain in the following operations such as rinsing, preparation, and so on.
For the same disease, patients with different conditions choose different treatments and should be treated in a standardized manner under the guidance of a doctor.
