The sequelae of lumbar spinal stenosis surgery are as follows: 1. Tissues need to be incised during surgery, especially muscle tissue, and scarring will also occur within muscle tissue during healing, which is equivalent to internal scarring and can produce painful discomfort, usually gradually relieved after six months, and rehabilitation physiotherapy if available; 2. Medically induced spinal stenosis: if the surgery is an internal fixation implant fusion, accelerated degeneration may occur in adjacent segments and the appearance of adjacent vertebral disease. If the patient has preoperative hypotonia and sensory impairment and cannot fully recover after surgery, it does not fall into the category of sequelae.
