What 2 year olds eat

2-year-old babies should be self and free-feeding, choosing natural foods such as grains, meat, eggs and milk, and vegetables.
2-year-old babies’ dietary skills are gradually forming. Instead of prescribing eating methods, such as grasping with hands, using spoons and chopsticks, and forcing them to eat, they should be self and free-feeding.
Try to choose natural foods, including grains, rich in rich carbohydrates; proteins, including animal proteins, plant proteins, such as dairy products, lean meat, eggs, soy products, but also intake of adequate calcium nutrition; increase dietary fiber, such as whole grain bread, oatmeal porridge, vegetables and so on.
Minimize fried food, oil frying, high sugar drinks, scientific snacking, eat meals on time, and develop good eating habits.
