What are the high risk factors for recurrence of breast cancer after surgery?

  Commonly used factors to evaluate recurrence 1. Patient age <35 years.  2.Number of metastatic cancer in axillary lymph nodes (1-3, 4-9, >9).  3.Tumor size >2cm. 4.Tumor TNM stage (stage 1-4) Histological grading (grade 1-3).  Lymphatic vessels and vascular cancer cells are invaded.  Tumor pathological type Estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) are negative.  Positive for gene products (Her-2/neu or c-erB2).
