There is no special drug for cerebral infarction, and the commonly used drugs are thrombolytic drugs, drugs to prevent platelet aggregation, anticoagulant drugs, plaque stabilizing drugs and nutritive brain cell drugs.
1. Thrombolytic drugs: within 4.5h after the onset of acute cerebral infarction, thrombolytic drugs can be used to make blood vessels reopen, such as alteplase.
2. prevent platelet aggregation drugs and anticoagulants: such as aspirin and clopidogrel bisulfate anti-platelet aggregation, rivaroxaban, warfarin, sodium heparin and other anticoagulants to inhibit blood coagulation.
3. Plaque stabilizing and lipid regulating drugs: atorvastatin, resuvastatin and other drugs can lower lipids, especially low-density lipoprotein, reduce atherosclerosis and prevent recurrence of cerebral infarction.
4. Nutritional brain cell drugs: Edaravone and other drugs are used to nourish brain cells and improve cognitive function.
If there is any discomfort, it is recommended that patients go to the neurology department of regular hospitals in time for consultation and treatment, and the drugs should be used under the guidance of doctors, and should not be taken on their own in order to avoid delaying the condition.
