The combination of Tysanchi, which refers to atilizumab, and Avastin, which refers to bevacizumab, can be used to treat liver cancer. The combination of atilizumab and bevacizumab has been approved as a first-line treatment for advanced liver cancer in the European Union and also in China. The treatment is mainly used for adult patients with unresectable liver cancer who have not undergone systemic systemic therapy. Most patients can prolong overall survival and progression-free survival after treatment, and the body tolerates it better. Meanwhile, this treatment regimen reduces the risk of patient death by about 42% and also reduces the risk of disease progression by about 41% compared with sorafenib. However, for patients with early and intermediate liver cancer, hepatectomy, liver transplantation, etc. should be performed as prescribed by doctors, and some patients who cannot tolerate surgery can also undergo local ablation therapy. It is suggested that liver cancer patients should choose the treatment reasonably under the guidance of doctors according to the degree of their own conditions, and advanced liver cancer patients can also use atilizumab and bevacizumab according to doctors’ instructions.
